ALICE H FAVREAU (Shaughnessy)

     Alice H.(Shaughnessy)Favreau,76,formerly of 9 Fern St;died yesterday in Salisbury Nursing Home,Oriol Drive.Her husband,Henry H.Favreau,died in 1972.She leaves two sons,Paul F.Favreau,a Worcester policeman,and John H.Favreau of Providence;three daughters,Elaine M;wife of Anthony C.Petrone of Boylston,Jean,wife of Ralph Fusaro of Worcester,and Christine A;wife of C.Kevin Lowe of Sterling;11 grandchildren and two great-grandsons.Born in Worcester,she was a daughter of  John and Ellen(Whelan)Shaughnessy.The funeral will be held Wednesday from Athy Memorial Home,111 Lancaster St;with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St.Andrew the Apostle Church,5 Spaulding St.Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park,Paxton.Calling hours at the funeral home are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 tomorrow.                           From:Worcester Evening Gazette,March 14,1983,Page:24
