WILLIAM P HOAG

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the departure of Mr. William Paul Hoag on September 7, 2024, at the age of 83. Born on December 21, 1940, in Worcester, he was a respected pillar of his community to all who had the honor of knowing him. William drew his last breath surrounded by family and the compassionate care of the staff at UMass Hospital in Worcester, MA. William joins his wife of 42 years, Brenda Fitzpatrick Hoag, who passed away in 2007.

William’s legacy is carried on through his loving family: his son, Paul W. Hoag of Worcester; his daughter, Karen Roy of Ayer, MA; his treasured grandchildren; and his cherished great-grandson. They, alongside countless friends and relatives, will hold onto the memory of William’s humor, kindness, integrity, and enduring spirit.

We find comfort in the memories shared and the impact William had on each of us. In accordance with tradition, we will gather to honor his memory and celebrate the enduring mark he left on our world. William Paul Hoag will be deeply missed, yet his light will continue to shine in the legacy he leaves behind.
