Albert J. “Al” Bienkiewicz, 75, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023, at Leominster Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family. Al is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Jo Ann (Mikielian) Bienkiewicz; his children, Peter Bienkiewicz of Clinton and Melissa Cypull & husband Theodore of Lunenburg; two grandchildren, Weston & Camden Cypull; a sister, Anne Moynihan of Florida and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Stella Bienkiewicz and Jane Lamb, and his daughter-in-law, Kerrie Bienkiewicz. Al was born in Ayer and raised in Clinton, son of the late Adolf & Helen (Olczerska) Bienkiewicz. He was a graduate of Clinton High School, Class of 1965. Following high school, Al proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He worked as a supervisor at the Kelly Rubber & Plastic Co. in Clinton and then as a driver for UPS. Al will be fondly remembered for his open and honest personality and for “telling it like it is”. Above all, he was a proud & loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend and will be dearly missed. Funeral services with burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton will be held privately.
