JANE A POPHAM (OPACKI)

Jane A. (Opacki) Popham, 91, of Worcester, died on Sunday, March 27, 2022 in the Christopher House. She was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Lawrence B. Popham, Sr in 1988.

Jane was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Anna (Piechota) Opacki. She was born June 24, 1930 in Worcester. She was predeceased by her daughters, Cheryl Popham, Deborah Jane Popham, and Kathleen Andrade, and son, Lawrence B. Popham, Jr. She was also predeceased by her brother, John S. Opacki and sister, Victoria Nadeau.

She worked for the Frem Corporation for many years. She was a member of St. Stephen’s Church.

She leaves her sister, Catherine D. Prostak of Worcester; two special grandsons, Eric and John Popham; and two special great grandchildren, Allana Lynn and Xavier Popham. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services with burial in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton will be held privately.
