James “Jim” M. Weaver, Jr., 91 passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 6th after a period of declining health. Born in Montgomery Alabama, Jim was the son of James Milford and Anna Louise (Clay) Weaver. Jim is survived by four of his children; Karen Walsh of Paxton, Kathleen Martinello and her husband Anthony of Sutton, Daniel Weaver and his partner Jill Edelman of Woburn, and Brian Weaver and his wife Linda of Oxford; his nine grandchildren; Sean Walsh and his wife Danielle, Erin Esposito and her husband Michael, Brendan Walsh, Andrew Martinello and his wife Kim, David Martinello and his husband Raul, Ryan Weaver and his wife Chelsea, Lauryn Doyle and her husband Patrick, Devin Weaver, and Brilee Weaver as well as ten great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Jim also leaves a sister, Marie Lotito, of Rowley. He was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth, his son James, and his brothers Robert and David Weaver as well as so many friends that he considered family. Jim’s family would like to thank the entire staff at Brookdale Eddy Pond East for their efforts in assisted living, also the ICU and cardiac care unit at UMass and the staff at Beaumont in Westborough for all the compassionate care Jim received. Family and friends will honor and remember Jim’s life by gathering for a time of visitation on Thursday, March 10th from 4 to 7 p.m. at Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street in Millbury. His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 11th at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mark’s Church, 356 Boston Road in Sutton. Burial will be private. |
