Carole T. (Stewart) Ginese, 81, of Worcester, passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Beaumont Nursing and Rehabilitation in Worcester. Her loving husband of fifty-eight years, Anthony J. Ginese, Jr., pre-deceased her in 2013. Carole is survived by her loving family including, a daughter, Karen Balcius and her husband Richard of Worcester; three sons, Mark Ginese and his wife Catherine Marcello of Shrewsbury, David Ginese and his wife Wanda, and Gregory Ginese and his wife Caren, all of Worcester; a brother, Russell Stewart and his wife Margaret of Worcester; her sister and best friend, Nancy Courtney; her brother in law, Bob Young, both of Millbury; nine grandchildren, Melanie, Joey, Tyler, Ryan, Desiree, Travis, Zachary, Lily, and Cody; five great grandchildren, Adam, Jameson, Ethan, Brayden, and Killian; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two great grandchildren, Andrew and his twin Anthony Harwood. She was also predeceased by a brother and two sisters, Leland Stewart, Alberta Esposito, and Barbara Young. Carole was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, Stephen L. and Mary L. (Gendron) Stewart, and has lived here all her life. She was a member of Our Lady of Loreto Church and dedicated her life to caring for her loving family. She will be remembered as a very loving and caring woman. Calling Hours for Carole will be on Saturday morning, March 31, in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, from 9 a.m. until her Funeral Service begins at 10:30 a.m. Interment beside her loving husband will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Beaumont, especially the 2nd floor staff who were so patient with Carole, and provided her with exceptional care during her time there, and for the kindness and compassion always shown to her family.
