Stuart and his wife Tami of Brookings, SD; one nephew and two nieces, Charles Stuart and his wife Tracy, Hailey Stuart, and Hannah Fraser and her husband Seth, all of Brookings, SD; and his great-niece and great-nephew, Cora and Liam.  He was born in Morgantown, WV, son of the late Virginia W. Mr. Stuart was a truck driver for the United States Postal Service in Shrewsbury for 14 years.  He was a member of the union and a union steward.  He enjoyed traveling, trips to the casino, and was an avid shooter.  He was a sports fan, and especially enjoyed following the Miami Dolphins and the former Massachusetts Pirates.  He left a legacy of laughter and lasting memories of his fun and caring personality.
