Theresa M. (Gervais) Audette, 51 of Cherry Valley, formerly on Worcester, passed away after a 10 year battle with cancer in Hollis, NH.
Theresa was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Robert H. Gervais and was a graduate of South High School. She worked as a claims specialist for Bank of New York and BNY Melon for many years. Theresa was a member of Sacred Heart Church, the Marine Corps League pool league, loved crafts and gardening but most of all loved karaoke.
Theresa is survived by her husband of 29 years, Mark A. Audette; her nephew and godchild whom she consider like a son, Christopher Woodall and his partner Michael of Greenfield; her mother, Barbara L. (Russell) Gervais of Hollis, NH; four brothers, Robert G. Gervais and his wife Ruth, Peter L. Gervais and his wife Donna all of Grafton, Ronald A. Gervais and his wife Donna of Dudley and Paul D. Gervais of Worcester; her sister, Beverley M. Poulin and her husband Dennis of Hollis, NH; her mother-in-law, Irene A. (Ducharme) Audette with whom she lived; three brothers-in-law, Richard and David Audette both of Webster and Robert Audette of Oxford; two sisters-in-law, Michelle Cenedella and Joanne Fancy both of Webster; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Services for Theresa will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with a Mass at 11:00 am in Sacred Heart-St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 600 Cambridge St., Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A period of calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 30th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
