Theresa E. (Gvazdauskas) Eisnor, 92, passed away January 2, 2025 in Scarborough, ME following a lengthy illness. She is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Vernon Eisnor Jr., her two sons Vernon Eisnor III and daughter-in-law Kathleen of Scarborough, ME and James Eisnor of Manchester, NH, 3 grandchildren Christopher Eisnor and his fiance Dawn Lovely of Oxford, Alicia McKenzie and her husband Brian of Biddeford, ME, Nicole Raymond and her husband Todd of Sutton, MA, 4 great-grandchildren; Chase, Colt, Alivia and Lydia, her brother James Gvazdauskas and sister, Sister Angela Gvazdauskas of Our Lady of Sorrow Convent and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Lillian Wake, Nellie Novicki, Peter Gvazdauskas, William Gvazdauskas and Mary Persechino.

Theresa was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Mary (Yanush) and Peter Gvazdauskas. She and Vernon had roots in Grafton and Sutton before they moved to Maine more recently to be closer to family. She worked as a graduate of Commerce High School and went on to work as a Bookkeeper at Washington Mills in North Grafton for 25 years, Away from work she loved to quilt, was always up for a card game with family or friends, a Bingo night or a trip to the beach, ending the day with a glass of wine. Above all else she cherished here family, particularly any chance she had to spoil her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Theresa’s family extends its gratitude to the staff at Pine Point Nursing Home for their compassionate care and kindness.

All are welcome to gather with Theresa’s family and friends Monday January 6th from 4-7pm at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton, MA 01536. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday January 7th at 11:00am at St. Mary’s Church in North Grafton. She will be laid to rest at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
