Subscription Update Obituary

     Terrance J. Ferraro, 71, passed away Saturday, March 7th, 2015. He leaves his wife, Evelyn L. (Marean) Ferraro; his son, James V. Ferraro and his wife Scarlett of Holland; his daughter, Robyn M. and her companion, Raymond Neeland of Spencer; two sister-in-laws, Cynthia Young of Oxford and Beverly Ferraro of Worcester; seven grandchildren, a great grandson, nieces and nephews. His daughter, Shana and brother, Joseph Ferraro predeceased him.

Terry was born in Worcester, the son of James J. and Winifred (Gallagher) Ferraro. He graduated from North High School and Westfield State College with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Terry served in the United States Marine Corp and was a Vietnam War veteran. Terry was a police officer for the Town of Palmer and then for the Boston and Maine Railroad. He was a member of Alhambra Council Knights of Columbus #88 and the Marine Corp. League. He enjoyed hunting and golfing and was a member of the Knights of Columbus Golf League.

Terry visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, March 11th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at CALLAHAN, FAY & CASWELL FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. His Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 12th at 10:30 am at St. John’s Church, 40 Temple St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Veterans, Inc., 69 Grove St., Worcester, MA 01605.
