Mr. Cullen was born in Worcester and raised in Cherry Valley, the son of John P. Cullen and Vera (Millard) Cullen, and lived in Oxford for more than 50 years. He graduated from Leicester High School and the New England School of Accounting, and was a veteran of World War II, where he served in Europe with the Army Air Corps. Mr. Cullen worked as an accountant, retiring from Atlas Distributing Company in Auburn.

Pop loved travelling, eating out, reminiscing, playing the lottery, and above all, spending time with his family. He was especially devoted to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We will all miss his constant love, advice, and support.
