Subscription Update Obituary

      Ronald W. Perkins, 80, beloved husband of Linda L. (Cline) Perkins, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 12, 2019. Born and raised in Worcester, he was the son of Willis and Julia (Mucha) Perkins.
Ronald owned and operated Paxton Liquor Store for over 30 years. In his spare time he loved spending time at his summer home in Wells, ME. He enjoyed visits to the casino and playing bocci with friends and was a member of the Wells Bocci Club.
Ronald will be lovingly missed and remembered by his wife, Linda of Paxton; his son, Ronald Perkins and his wife, Deb of Paxton: his daughter, Jean Sullivan of CA; a sister, Susan Perkins of Worcester; seven grandchildren, Tyler and Brooke Perkins, Ashley and Shamus Sullivan and Matthew, Anthony and Lilly Bertone; two great-grandchildren, Boston and Landyn; and his mother-in-law, Frances B. Cline of Worcester. He will also be greatly missed by his companion and best friend, “Nuggett”.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather with Ronald’s family from 5 to 8 pm on Tuesday, April 23 in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. Ronald will be laid to rest in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton at the convenience of the family.
