Robert St Germain, Sr. (Veteran) of Webster passed away peacefully on June 30, 2024. He was born April 13, 1954, in Worcester to Andrew and Jean (Couture) St Germain, he was 1 of 13 children. He was proud to have served his country in the US Army.

Robert will be missed for his infectious sense of humor, endless jovial teasing and mischievous spirit, which he shared freely with everyone he met. He will live on in every smile, every laugh and every anecdote of those who knew him.

Robert is survived by his children Heather St Germain, her partner George Davis, Robert (Bobby) St Germain, Jr., Gina Hurley and her husband Sean Hurley. They will cherish their memories of his playful spirit, strong supportive wisdom and loving guidance.

Robert’s legacy continues to live on through his grandchildren Darian and Avril Halbedel. He will be remembered as their favorite “pop-pop” and best buddy. They brought him immense joy and spent many hours listening to his stories and learning from him.

Further, he is survived his former spouse Linda Burbo (St. Germain) with whom he shared many years.

Throughout his life Robert had the ability to turn any situation lighthearted or outright absurd. Never taking life so seriously that he forgot to enjoy the moment. He was hardworking and proud of his family. Always encouraging them to do better. He will live on in their every laugh, every smile and their every struggle, laughing with and supporting them.

In keeping with his lighthearted spirit, A celebration of Robert’s life will be held on July 10, 2024, after a 10am graveside service at Worcester County Memorial Park 217 Richards Ave, Paxton, MA 01612. There will be a luncheon to follow at Leicester K of C 91 Manville St, Leicester, MA 01524 in lieu of calling hours from 12pm-2pm.  Please omit flowers and donations may be made in Robert’s memory to charity of donor’s choice.  The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA has been entrusted with his arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may post a condolence or light a candle.
