Priscilla “Penny” LaFortune, Signal Mountain Tennessee – Penny was called by the Lord to Heaven on July 13, 2021 at the age of 70 after a tough struggle through complications from numerous strokes that left her paralyzed on one side of her body. Penny grew up in Oxford Massachusetts, married her true love and raised her family in Webster & East Douglas Massachusetts. After retiring from her job at Rotmans Furniture she moved to Signal Mountain Tennessee to enjoy her retirement years with family. Penny is loved by many and her beautiful smile, loving ways and ability to always find the positive side of life will be missed dearly. She was an amazing Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, Sister-in-Law, Cousin, Friend and Co-worker. She is survived by her husband of 50+ years Bob LaFortune, three daughters and their spouses Christine & Paul Trudeau of Princeton MA, Sherene & Bryan King of Signal Mountain TN and Bobbie-Jean & Ryan Corbin of Webster MA, three grandchildren Emma Trudeau, Paul Trudeau and Robbie King.

A celebration of life ceremony in MA will be announced at a later date. The family is deeply grateful for the care and support received by Hearth Hospice and if you would like to make a donation in honor of Penny please send it to Hearth Hospice, 513 Georgia Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37403.
