Paul P. Archambault, affectionately known as “Archie,” passed away peacefully in his home on November 17, 2024, at the age of 79. His beloved wife and high school sweetheart, Jane E. (Mulcahy) Archambault, passed away in 2022.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Archambault, and her husband, David Lane, and his children Edilia and Aidan Lane, his beloved granddaughter, Isabella, affectionately known as “Rain Girl,” held a special place in his heart and brightened his days. Paul also leaves three nieces and two nephews along with his dearest friend, Steve Burke, from Florida, with whom he maintained a close friendship through weekly phone calls, sharing laughter and stories from their lives. Paul was preceded in death by his beloved wife, parents, Ann (Andrews) Archambault and Francis Archambault, his siblings, Roger Archambault, Robert Archambault and Joyce Sampson.

Born on February 5, 1945, in Worcester, Paul dedicated his career to law enforcement as a respected officer for Worcester Police Department before entering retirement. Paul had a particular fondness for golfing and enjoyed trying his luck with scratch tickets.

Paul was a salt of the earth guy. Like it or not, he would let you know his opinion and where you stood with him, raw and honest.

Visitation will be held on November 26, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, located at 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester, MA. The burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
