Subscription Update Obituary

WORCESTER-Paul A. Carrigan, 63, of Sandwich, formerly of Worcester passed away Wednesday, Jan. 24 in Cape Cod Hospital.

He leaves seven siblings, Kathleen Arcure and her husband, Michael of Worcester, Mary Cullen and her husband, Joel of Millbury, Maureen Morse and her husband, Jeff of Falmouth, Diane Davis of Worcester, Warren Carrigan and his wife, Mona of Leicester, Daniel Carrigan of Worcester and Richard Carrigan of Worcester, his longtime companion, Desiree Azarian of Falmouth; his god child, Melissa Davis of Worcester; many nieces and nephews and friend and business associates from all his years on the Cape. A brother, Stephen Carrigan, a sister, Dorothy and her husband Edward Courtney and a brother-in-law, Gordon Davis predeceased him. He was born in Worcester, son of William and Dorothy (Ramzell) Carrigan and grew up on Grafton Hill. He graduated from North High School.

Paul moved to Falmouth in 2001 and opened Carrigan HVAC in Falmouth. He recently moved to Sandwich two years ago. He loved going to concerts and casinos with his family and dinner with his friends. He especially enjoyed his 4th of July party, which gathered a large crowd every year and sometimes the police even attended.

 

Visting Hours are Sunday, Jan. 28 from 2 to 5pm at Callahan Fay Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, Jan. 29 at 10:00am in St. Stephen’s Church, 357 Grafton St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to, Second Chance Animal Services at www.secondchanceanimals.org
