Subscription Update Obituary

Napoleon J. Prunier, 64, of 61 Sunderland Road died Monday night in St. Vincent Hospital.

Mr Prunier was a ason for J.S. Prunier Inc. for 50 years before retiring in 1970.

Born in Worcester, he was a son of the late Joseph S. and Marie J. (Girouard) Prunier.  He was a member of the Masons Union Local 6, AFL-CIO.

He, leaves his widow, Mrs. Rita (Auger) Prunier; four sons, Norman G and Paul L. of Worcester; and Ronald A. and Frnacis P. Prunier of Millbury; a daughter, Elaine D., wife of Chandler Bousquet of Millbury; four brothers, Henry E. Ernest R., George N., Omer E. Prunier, all of Worcester; two sisters, Sadie M., widow of Julian Turcotte of Worcester and Dorilda, wife of Joseph Guerra of Shrewsbury; 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held from L. Paul Courchesne Funeral Home, 82 Plantation Street with a mass celebrated at 9:00 a.m. in St Joseph’s Church, 35 Hamilton Street.  Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.

Calling hours at the funeral home are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
