Subscription Update Obituary

Maryellen (Mary) Beth Mullins of Worcester past away unexpectedly on August 8, 2024 at UMass Medical Center.

She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Rita Mullins. Mary leaves her brothers, Paul F. Mullins Jr. and wife, April of Shrewsbury, Kevin M. Mullins of Worcester, Phillip M. Mullins and wife, Robyn of Princeton; her nieces and nephews, Lindsay, Kaitlyn, Connor, Janey, Jacob, Seth, Liam, Danica, and Madelyn; her partner, Joseph Dell’Olio; and relatives, Pamela, Stephan & Benjamin Williams, Patricia & Jacquelyn Kasper, and David & Marianne Mullins.

Mary was born in Worcester, raised and educated in Holden and Rutland, MA. She attended Wachusett Regional High School. She held a variety of jobs in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Mary loved her friends and family deeply. The most photogenic smile ever. Her passion for life was large. Her interests included all things with New England sports- Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics. She loved to travel and explored many destinations including Italy, Paris, and Hawaii. She was passionate about fashion and home decorating. She treasured her cars and motorcycles. Mary was a music lover, any genre, 70’s and 80’s she knew all the good ones to play. She was a dog Mom- Peanut and Gizmo grounded and calmed her.

Mary was a joyful, fearless, sassy woman. Life was not without difficult challenges. We are going to miss her terribly and carry her spirit with us.

Her funeral service and burial at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton will be held privately with her family.
