Subscription Update Obituary

Mary A. “Pat” (Anderson) Bellizzi, 87, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Her beloved husband of 60 years, Arico A. Bellizzi, Sr., passed away in 2016.

She is survived by her 6 sons: James J. Bellizzi and his wife Nance, Anthony A. Bellizzi, Sr., and his wife Joanie, Arico A. Bellizzi, Jr., Jerry J. Bellizzi and his wife Brenda Louis N. Bellizzi and his companion Deb, Gary R. Bellizzi and his wife Lori; a niece, Gina and a nephew, Stephen; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her brother, Gary Anderson.

Pat was born in Northbridge, daughter of the late Gosta & Mary (Rej) Anderson. She graduated from Northbridge High School. She worked in several local manufacturing companies. Pat was a member of the Spencer Rescue Squad Women’s Auxiliary as well as the Quinebaug Valley Campers of Southbridge. She enjoyed bowling, camping, watching the game show network, but most all, spending time with her family.  She was the Boston Bruins #1 Fan. Pat and Arico have been reunited in heaven and may now dance again to their favorite song, Spanish Eyes.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 1, at 10:30 A.M. in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will precede the Service from 9-10:30 A.M. in the funeral home. Please omit flowers.
