Subscription Update Obituary

Mark E. Graham, 71, longtime Auburn resident, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Saint Vincent Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

He leaves his devoted wife of 48 years, Sandra M. (Morin) Graham; their children, Shawna M. Graham and her partner, Arthur Theurer and Matthew J. Graham; two grandchildren, Brayden A. Theurer and Alayna M. Theurer; a sister, Deborah A. (Graham) Putnam and her husband David of Haymarket, Virginia; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.

Mark was born in Worcester, raised in Auburn, son of the late Frank W. Graham and Helen (Roy) Graham. He graduated from Auburn High School with the Class of 1968, then continued his education receiving his Bachelors of Arts Degree from UMASS – Boston in 1972. He worked many years in the Shipping and Receiving Departments for several local companies before accepting a sales associate position selling Sporting Goods at Klem’s in Spencer for over 15 years before he retired.

He was a lover of all types of fishing and was an avid New England Sports fan, but most especially, loved spending time with his wife, kids, grandkids and keeping up with their activities. Mark was well known for his irreverent sense of humor, he will be missed as being a wonderful husband, father, grampy, brother and friend to so many.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the Graham family on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn. A prayer service will be celebrated on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home followed by burial at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
