    Mae T. (Beauregard) Perry, 84, of Worcester, passed away Friday, June 11, 2010 at Radius Healthcare, Southbridge. She leaves her devoted husband of 63 years, Joseph P. Perry; her three sons, Stephen J. Perry of Worcester, Kenneth J. Perry of Dennisport and James M. Perry of Spencer; eight grandchildren, Stephanie Stuart and her husband Mark of Oxford, Michelle Cassella of Oxford, John Perry and his wife Julie Bonnie of Dennisport, Julie Abdow and her husband Christopher of Plymouth, Andrea Perry of Chatham, Brian Perry of Tulsa, OK, Alison Perry of Hartford, CT and Andrew Perry of Rutland. She also leaves six great grandchildren, Samantha, Tyler, Melissa, Matthew, Madison and Cyrus; one sister, Marian Cataldo of Mooresville, NC and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her siblings, Edward, Evelyn, Lillian and Elaine.

    Mae was born April 15, 1926 in Marlborough, daughter of Oscar and Isabelle (Blanchard) Beauregard. She graduated from Commerce High School and worked at Freedom Federal Savings Bank for fifteen years before retiring. Mae was a deeply faithful and longtime parishioner at Christ the King Church and she spent forty years in the church choir and several years on the decorating committee. She loved gardens and flowers, which she tended to faithfully every summer in her outdoor gardens and every winter in her home attached greenhouse. She won many award ribbons for her displays in Worcester flower shows, and was a member of Tower Hill Horticultural.

    Above all, Mae loved her family most of all, and was frequently hosting large happy gatherings in her home. She enjoyed traveling on many trips, both nationally and internationally with her devoted husband. The family wished to thank the staff at Radius Healthcare, Southbridge, third floor for the dedicated, skilled and compassionate care provided during her stay there.

    The funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 15 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street, with a Mass at 9:00 AM in Christ the King Church, 1052 Pleasant Street. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting hours are Monday, June 14 from 5-8 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association , Mass Chapter, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
