Subscription Update Obituary

     Lucille A. Reardon, 90 of Westerly, passed away at Westerly Hospital on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. She was the wife of the late Walter M. Reardon. Born in Southbridge, MA on July 28, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Mozart and Antoinette (Kerouack) Guillet.

Lucille was active in her community while living in the Charlton, MA area and enjoyed being a volunteer at the Masonic Home calling Bingo, participating in the CCD program at St. Joseph Catholic Church along with being a Girls Scout Leader. She loved spending time with her family and together they took camping trips to Maine, did square dancing and went on a Holland America cruise along the coast of New England and Canada. She loved cooking and of course spending time with her granddaughters and great-grandchildren. She lived life to the fullest and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves her daughters Mary Dodd and her husband Arthur of FL and Sandra DiPietro and her husband Peter of Carolina, RI; her granddaughters Stephanie DiPietro of NY and Amanda Andrade and her husband Julio of RI; her great-grandchildren Gabriella, Sydney and Landon Andrade; 3 siblings and her dear friend Lila Towle.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. at S.R. Avery Funeral Home, 3A Bank St. Hope Valley. Funeral services will be held the next day on Saturday, June 30 at 10:00a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 437 Carolina Back Rd, Charlestown, RI. Burial will be held privately on Monday, July 2 at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton, MA.
