Subscription Update Obituary

Worcester – Linda A. Meola, 63, passed away peacefully at home with her longtime partner, Eugenio Vega Martinez and her brother Carmine F. Meola,Jr. by her side.

She was born in Worcester on April 12, 1957 daughter of Carmine F. Meola,Sr. and Joan A. (Giangrande) Meola. Linda spent 38 years as a dedicated housekeeping supervisor before she left due to illness as the OR housekeeping supervisor in 2018 from St. Vincent’s Hospital.

Linda loved spending time with her partner, Gene, family and friends. She enjoyed going to the beach, taking walks, and spending time in her yard with loved ones.

She leaves behind her longtime partner Gene of Worcester. Her daughter Tara Warren and stepdaughter Marilyn Hill and their four grandchildren, Jacob, Elijah, Cody, and Conner of Worcester. Her mother Joan A. Meola of Worcester. Her sister Nancy and husband Andy Mott of North Oxford. Her brother Carmine F. Meola Jr of Worcester. Her brother Andrew Meola and wife Becky of North Conway, NH. Her sister Maryjean Meola of Barre. Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Carmine F. Meola and brother Gary Meola.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at a service on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 with visiting hours from 10-12 at Fay Brothers Life Celebration Home, 1 West Boylston St, West Boylston. Burial to follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
