Subscription Update Obituary

     Kenneth R. Wilson, Sr., 82, of Dennis Wilbur Drive, died Saturday, March 13, 2021, in his home. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Patricia A. (Flynn) Wilson; five children, Kenneth Wilson Jr. of Attleboro, Michael Wilson of Attleboro, Susan Brown of Weymouth, Stephen Wilson of Taunton, and Ashley K. Wilson of Pomfret, CT; a brother, Clarence V. Wilson Jr. of Philadelphia, PA; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces. He was predeceased by a sister, Jacqueline Glass who died in 2020. He was born in Boston, son of the late Clarence V. Wilson and Norma (Lucas) Randalman, and lived in Boston and Ohio, before moving to Charlton in 1994. He graduated from Elyria High School in Elyria, OH, in 1956, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the 101st Airborne Division.

Mr. Wilson worked at General Motors in Framingham for 30 years. Later, he worked at Mohawk Wire and Cable in Leominster for 10 years. He loved football and was a die-hard Patriots fan.

Calling hours are Wednesday, March 17, 2021, from 10 a.m. – 12 noon, at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Overlook Hospice, 88 Masonic Home Rd., Charlton, MA 01507.
