Jerry H. Dominique, 51, died Monday, September 26, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. He was born in Ware and lived most of his life in Oxford.

He is survived by his mother, Jean M. Stevens and her husband Robert of Auburn; his daughter, Jade Giles of Oxford; his brother, Ray Lapensee of Louisiana; and his brother-in-law, George Hibbard III of Oxford. He was predeceased by his sister, Wendy Hibbard.

Jay enjoyed spending time outside, listening to music, and drawing. He always knew how to put a smile on people’s faces, and always made them laugh. Jay always had a positive outlook on everything.

Jay graduated from Oxford High School and served in National Guard. He worked at Emeritus Senior Living in Auburn and most recently at the Overlook in Charlton.
