Subscription Update Obituary

Janice E. (Moon) Crosbie, 82, of Auburn, passed away on Tuesday July 12, 2022 at The Life Care Center of Auburn with her loving family by her side.

Janice is survived by her husband of 57 years, William F. Crosbie; her children, Kathleen Richard and her husband James of Lowell, Nancy Crosbie and her partner Greg Christo of West Boylston, Stacy Crosbie of Auburn, as well as a bonus daughter, Angela Jordan and her husband Pic, of Auburn; her grandchildren Erin Wolosz, of Auburn, Jared Richard, of Chelmsford, Abigail Christo, of West Boylston; her siblings, James Moon and his wife, Maryjo of Venice, Florida and Jesslyn Sullivan, of Newburyport; as well as many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. She was predeceased by her beautiful granddaughter, Juliette Richard.

She was born, raised and educated in Worcester, graduating from Saint Peter’s High School with the Class of 1958.

Janice did work for many years in the Insurance sector of the business world at both State Mutual Insurance and Hanover Insurance Companies in Worcester before she retired. In her later years, she enjoyed spending time and working at the Worcester Historical Museum.

Janice devoted her entire life to her family whom she took great pride in, she adored all her grandchildren and followed and celebrated all their accomplishments. She was a Type 1 diabetic for over 60 years, Janice learned to live a wonderful life even with diabetes and she always had a sweet smile for everyone she interacted with.

Janice’s family would like to thank the entire staff at The Life Care Center of Auburn for the compassionate care and dedication shown to Janice and their family during her stay there. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Janice’s memory to the Activity Department, at The Life Care Center of Auburn, 14 Masonic Circle, Auburn, MA 01501.
