    Herbert L. Johnson was born on August 15, 1920 to Merieda and Carl Johnson in Worcester, MA.  He came from a family of 13 and was 2nd or 3rd to the oldest brother.  He married Irene M. Boucher in 1947 and they had 5 children together.  Linda, Donna, Carl, David and Melodee.  He was in the U.S. Army WWII and worked for Norton Company for 37 years.
