Grace D. (Snay) Largesse, 82 of Auburn, died peacefully on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. She was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, George A. Largesse who died in 1995.
Born, and raised in Oxford, the daughter of the late Noe and Grace (Brown) Snay. She was a graduate from Oxford High School. Grace and George settled in Auburn raising their family in 1969. In addition to working at home, providing for her family, she worked at Micro Network for a short time before accepting a position at Raytheon Corporation, where she worked and retired as an QC Inspector.
Grace always took pride in volunteering as a Girls Scout, Boy Scout leader and many other activities involving her children and grandchildren. Any time she could spend with her family and friends was a treasured time for Grace, her favorite times were spent on their camping and beach excursions.
She leaves her children, Debra Largesse of Oxford, Susan Fuller and her husband Jonathan of Leicester, Janice Robidoux and her husband Brian of Holland, and predeceased by her son George A. Largesse Jr. who died in 1987. Grace also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, a brother, Noe Snay of Spencer, and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation hours on Monday, October 15, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 PM in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn and a Funeral Service will be celebrated in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, October 16 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton immediately following.
In lieu of flowers donations in Grace’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 300 5th Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451.
