Germaine M. (Delisle) Caissie, 95, of West Hartford, CT, formerly of Worcester died Monday, September 2nd surrounded by her loving family.

Her husband of 41 years, Aurel D. Caissie died in 1994. She leaves three sons, Denis G. Caissie and his wife Nancy of West Hartford, CT; Steven W. Caissie and his wife Jessica; of Northhampton MA, formerly of Tyngsboro, and David P. Caissie and his wife Amy of Stow, MA; a daughter, Susan M. Caissie of Worcester; a sister, Constance Bouley of Spencer; five grandchildren; one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Donna M. Caissie; three brothers, Paul, Norman, and Francis; three sisters, Rita Fredette, Lucille Jacques, and Pauline Lessard.
She was born in Fitchburg, the daughter of William and Marie Louise (Fluet) Delisle. Germaine was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Peter’s Church. She enjoyed spending her time volunteering, specifically with the Pernet Family Health Service.

Her funeral is Saturday, September 21st with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in St. Peter’s Church, 931 Main Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter’s Church or the American Heart Association, 93 Worcester Street, Wellesley, MA 02481.
