She leaves a daughter, Carol Piarulli and her husband Gerald; three grandsons, Joseph, Nicholas, and Michael; three sisters, Gladys Hamilton of Uncasville, CT, Priscella Monson of Waterbury, CT, and Marjorie Hoff of Odenak, Provence Quebec, Canada, and a brother, Douglas Hoff of San Diego, CA.

Her family would like to thank Notre Dame Hospice, their nursing staff, and the volunteers for the compassionate care provided to Frances in her final days. Funeral arrangements are being handled under the care of O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue.
