Subscription Update Obituary

Evelyn H. Ivanisin, 87, of Worcester, formerly of Holden, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2024. She is the loving wife of the late Michael J. Ivanisin who predeceased her in 2005.

Evelyn was born on February 15, 1937 the daughter of James and Rachel (Dipasquale) McAuliffe. She worked as a medical secretary for several years before her retirement. She was an avid lover of cats and loved many of them over the years. She also enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family.

Evelyn leaves behind her children, John M. Ivanisin of Holden, Paul J. Ivanisin and his partner Donna Walker of Natick, and Susan R. Ivanisin of Holden. She also leaves behind her Cousin Dolores Marsden and her family; and several nieces and nephews. Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband Michael, sister Mary Babcock, brothers James H. McAuliffe and William McAuliffe, and her parents.

She will be laid to rest in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Services and interment will be held privately.
