Eric Brendan Fox,30, of Holden and Worcester, died on November 19, 2023 in UMass Chan Medical Center in Worcester,MA embraced and comforted by family and friends.

Eric leaves behind his father, Doug Fox and his second mother, Suzan Berdos-Fox, both of Holden; his mother Valentina Fox of West Boylston; brother Jeremy Fox,of Holden; Voula Berdos, his sister, soul mate and inseparable BFF, of Worcester, Lee Berdos, his brother, also of Worcester; Anthony DeLeonardis of Worcester; the “KFC” team; many other family and friends in the USA, Canada, Greece and Egypt.

Eric was born in Worcester,MA on March 16, 1993 to Douglas L. Fox and Valentina Fox. He was a graduate of Wachusett Regional HS, and Quinsigamond CC and went on to a career in banking where he was employed by Digital Federal Credit Union as a Fraud Data Analyst.

Eric acquired a remarkable number of friends, both here and internationally, who loved him dearly for his wit, intelligence and empathy for others. He was a “car guy” who was passionate about driving, and could reel off performance specs from memory, and who loved his Beemer, which was sometimes driven a tad over the speed limit. He was deeply in love with Greece, and the Greek people, particularly Kiato, where the Fox family maintains a second home.

We are especially grateful for the outstanding care and compassion provided by the medical teams at the Umass ED, 7 Floor and 7 ICU.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 1,2023 from 4-7PM in Pillsbury Funeral Home 96 S. Barre Rd. Barre, MA. Interment will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Ave. Paxton, MA on Saturday, December 2,2023 at 11:00AM. Eric’s family will be hosting a dinner at Doubletree, Rt. 9, Westboro, on December 2, 2023 from 12-3PM. All are welcome to participate in any of the three gatherings.
