Subscription Update Obituary

Elizabeth “Betty Ann” (Dolan) Weaver, 79, of Millbury, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2011. She leaves her husband of 56 years, James M. Weaver.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her five children, Karen Weaver Walsh of Gloucester, Kathleen and her husband Anthony Martinello of Sutton, James Mark Weaver and his wife Robin of Concord, NC, Daniel Weaver and his wife Susan of Millbury, and Brian Weaver and his wife Linda of Oxford; grandchildren Sean and Brendan Walsh, Erin Walsh Esposito, Andrew and David Martinello, Natasha Connelley, Ryan, Lauryn, Devin Weaver, and Brilee Weaver and; great granddaughter Meaghan Walsh; her sister Mary W. Moceri of Levittown NY and many nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth was born in Gloucester, daughter of the late Thomas W. and A. Winifred (Vayo) Dolan. Her brother Thomas W. Dolan Jr. predeceased her. She graduated from Gloucester High School and the radiology program at Salem State College, with an internship at Whidden Memorial Hospital, Everett MA. She was a radiology technologist. Most recently she worked at Orthopedic Associates in Worcester for 27 years. Betty Ann was a parishioner of St. Mark’s Church, Sutton. She enjoyed her family and friends, the ocean, bird watching and liked to travel. She was also a dedicated Patriots fan.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, April 21st from the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury, with a Liturgy of the Word at 10 a.m. in St. Mark’s Church, 356 Boston Rd. in Sutton. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Calling hours are 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, April 20th in the funeral home.
