Edward T. Mogé, Jr., 86 of Worcester, MA died Friday, August 21, 2015 in his home with his family at his side. He is survived by his son Steven T. Mogé and his fiancée, Hazel Cloutier of Haverhill, MA and daughter, Michelle Rice and her husband Ronald of Auburn. He also leaves five grandchildren, Lisa Hammond, Michael Rice, Ashley Rice, Julianna Mogé and Serena Mogé and two great grandchildren, Victoria Scott and Alexander Hammond. He was predeceased by his wife of fifty one years, Phyllis E. (O’Connor) Mogé, two sons, Richard E. Mogé and Thomas A. Mogé, a daughter Joanne M. Mogé and a sister, Shirley B. McCarthy.

Mr. Mogé was born in Worcester, the son of Edward T Mogé Sr. and Irene A. (St. Amand) Mogé. He lived in Auburn MA before moving to Worcester many years ago. He was a graduate of Auburn High School class of 1948. Edward worked for the U.S. Department of Defense as a supervisory quality assurance specialist at Wyman Gordon Company and retired after 32 years. He was a longtime member of the National Association of Federal Employees. He was a Korean War veteran serving in the US Navy.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St. Burial will be Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 10 am in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA.
