Subscription Update Obituary

     Doris V. (Lindquist) Harling, 93, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in Lutheran Rehab and Skilled Care Center. She leaves a daughter Diane Leonard and her husband Joseph; a son John Harling; two grandchildren- Kristen Leonard and Kyle Leonard and his wife Susan; and 3 great-grandchildren Ilana, Noah, and Jedrick. She was predeceased by her husband Gunnar, a granddaughter Stephanie, a great granddaughter Amelia; a sister Evelyn Wagner and a brother Kenneth Lindquist. She also leaves several neices, nephews, and cousins.

Doris was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Victor and Clara (Falkenstrom) Lindquist. She dedicated her life to raising her family. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and Stella Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed attending church, visiting friends, going to the beach, and sharing her testimony with everyone.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 10 a.m. -12 noon in Nordgren Funeral Home 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. A funeral service will follow at 12 noon in the funeral home. Burial will be private and at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Doris’s memory may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene 146 Burncoat St. Worcester.
