Subscription Update Obituary

     Donna M. Dambra, 63, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. Born and raised in Worcester, Donna was the daughter of Michael N. and Viola L. (Couture) Dambra and later lived in Oxford and Gardner.

She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her sister, Diane G. Edlin and her husband, Frederick of Hubbardston; her brother, Michael Dambra and his wife Claudia of Moscow, Idaho; three nieces, Paula Dambra of Washington, Angelina Braconnier of Worcester and Jenny Banach and her husband, Michael of Holden; two nephews, Tyler Edlin and his wife, Jayme of Mansfield, CT and Eli Edlin and his wife, Devon of Hubbardston; and four great nephews and nieces, Frederick Banach, and Luke, Lily and Luna Edlin. Besides her parents, Donna is predeceased by a brother, Paul Dambra.

Donna was a graduate of Doherty Memorial High School in Worcester and spent many years as the caregiver for her mother. She enjoyed playing bingo, rug hooking, crocheting and crafts.

A memorial service honoring Donna’s life will be celebrated privately at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden. Interment will be in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice. To share a memory or offer a condolence, please visit her tribute wall.
