Donald A. “Duck” Mallett, 66, of Worcester died Friday, July 1st 2016 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center – University Campus. He leaves his daughter, Marlena L. Green and her husband, Brett; his mother, Eleanore G. (Cross) Mallett; a brother, David P. Mallett; a sister, Judith I. Stolberg and her husband, Stephen all of Worcester; an aunt, Shirley Cross and many nieces and nephews.

He was born in Worcester the son of Donald V. Mallett. For the past two years Duck has worked along the side of his brother as a constable with the Worcester Constable’s Office. He previously worked at Stoney O’Briens for 15 years as the head bartender and then at the Banner Restaurant. Mr. Mallett enjoyed travelling to Florida and spending time in Misquamicut.

His funeral is Friday, July 8th with a service at 1:00 PM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Calling hours are Friday, July 8th from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM in the funeral home.
