She is survived by her daughters, Erica A. Mendala of St. Petersburg, FL, and Kimberly M. Mendala of North Brookfield, her husband David J. Burque, two sisters, Donna Snaras of Worcester and Michelle LeBoeuf of Millbury and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother James J. Cimochowski in 2007 and a sister, Darlene Harper in 2003. Debbie was born in Worcester a daughter of the late James and Norma J. (Bernier) Cimochowski and has lived in Warren for 18 years. She was a graduate of Burncoat Senior High School and attended the Salter Business School.
Mrs. Burque was a machine operator 26 years for FLEXcon and worked there up until the time of her illness. Debbie was an Elvis Presley fan and enjoyed collecting Elvis memorabilia. She supported the ASPCA and enjoyed crafts including weaving, crocheting and scrapbooking. She also liked to spend time working on a home based home & garden décor business.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday July 8, 2015 at 10:30 AM in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St, Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours in the funeral home are Tuesday July 7, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
