Subscription Update Obituary

Deborah S. (Mulhearn) Kachadoorian, 73 of Worcester, died on Sunday, September 29th at St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She leaves a son, Scott Mahoney and his wife, Dawnmarie of Paxton; a daughter, Lisa Kachadoorian of Worcester; a brother, Michael Mulhearn and his wife, Cathy of Worcester; a sister, Penelope Jones of Illinois; two grandchildren, Maura DiCecco of Barre and Dylan Mahoney of Paxton; one great grandson, Joseph Rinaldo; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two children, David Mahoney, Jr. and Sheri Kachadoorian.

She was born in Worcester the son of Roger and Emily (Sharrocks) Mulhearn. A proud graduate of South High School, Deborah dedicated 24 years of her life as a police matron for the Worcester Police Department, where she was known for her unwavering support and compassion. Deborah had a vibrant spirit and enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved taking trips to casinos, playing bingo, and cherishing moments with her family, who were her greatest joy. Her warmth, laughter, and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Her funeral service will be held on Monday, October 7th beginning at 10:30am in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Calling hours will be on Monday, October 7th from 9:00am until the start of the service in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
