Deborah D. (Seymour) Halley, 69, of Sherwood Drive, died Thursday, January 21, 2021, at UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus in Worcester, after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Michael F. Halley of Oxford; two children, Patricia A. Gulkin and her husband Eric of Dudley, and Robert M. Halley of Webster; and four grandchildren, Michael Freeman, Owen West, Nathan Gulkin, and Emma Gulkin. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Raymond Seymour and Denise (Buteau) Racki, and lived in Rochdale before moving to Oxford over 40 years ago.

Mrs. Halley worked at Worcester Vocational Technical High School in Worcester for 28 years, most recently in the special education department, before retiring in 2014. She enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City with her husband for over 30 years, and was a member of the Bush Hall Horseshoe League in Webster.

A private graveside service will be held at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
