     Dale G. McDonald Sr., 71, of Dudley, MA was welcomed in the Kingdom of Heaven on September 28, 2016, joining his best friend and brother: Thomas McDonald; two sisters: Elaine LaMay and Elenore Clark, and his good friend and brother-in-law, Kevin Corbin. Dale also joins his high school sweetheart and wife of 35 years: Mary H. McDonald who passed in 2001, leaving behind their three children: Kim Stevens and her husband Jon of Holland, Dale McDonald Jr. and his wife Kelly of Southbridge and Shannon Kauppila and her husband Brian of North Brookfield. He leaves his present wife Barbara McDonald and her three children: Kim Cabrero and her husband Ed of Webster, Raymond Barrett of Dudley and Ashley Antkowiak and her husband Christopher Sr. of Charlton. He will be will cherished by his grandchildren Justin, Meggan, Nicholas, Julie, Jessica, Jenna, Kayla, Travis, Trista, Tyler, Viviana and Christopher Jr., seventeen great-grandchildren and a multitude of friends and family.
Born in Malone, NY Dale will be remembered for his strong work ethics at AO, Russell’s and S&D Spinning in Millbury, where he retired in 2007. We celebrate him and remember his talented bowling career, his love for watching wrestling, dressing up as a clown for family parties, playing Santa for children at Christmas, entertaining and acting in church ministry and never forgetting the joy it brought him to coach his sons little league teams. Dale and much of his family received spiritual salvation attending Calvary Assemblies of God Church for many years, later celebrating Christ at The View Point Christian Church in Southbridge.
Calling hours will be held from 7:00-9:00 P.M. on Friday, October 7, 2016 in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA. A Church Service will be held on Saturday, October 8 at 11:00 A.M. at The View Point Christian Church in Southbridge, MA.
