Subscription Update Obituary

    Clifford E. Landgren, 69, of Glenwood St. died Monday night in Holden District Hospital.  He was a machininst at Norton Co. for 35 years until he retired in 1969.  He leaves his wife, Doris E. (Sjolander) Landgren; a son, David R. Landgren of Galveston, Texas; a daughter Nancy E., wife of Elmer L. Grant Jr. of Shrewsbury, and two grandchildren, David R. Landgren Jr. of Galveston and Kristine E. Grant of Shrewsbury.  He was born in Worcester, son of Carl G and Ellen (Moe) Landgren, and lived in Holden for 50 years.  Mr. Landgren was a member of Rufus Putnam Lodge of Masons, Rutland, and the Svea Gille in Worcester. 

    Funeral services will be held at 2 pm tomorrow in Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St.  The Rev. William W. Tucker will officiate.  Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.  Calling hours at the funeral home are 7 to 8:30 pm today.  The family requests flowers be omitted.  Memorial contributions may be to the American Heart Association, 9 Exchange St., Worcester.  Members of Rufus Putnam Lodge will meet at 7:30 tonight at the funeral home to conduct a Masonic service.
