Christine O. Rudge, 92, passed away on Thursday, July 25th after declining health.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert. She leaves her son and daughter-in-law, Curt R. Rudge and his wife JoAnn of Millbury; three grandchildren, Derek W. Rudge and his wife, Melissa, Milissa J. Obara and her husband, Daniel, Brianne L. Airey and her husband Brandon; 4 great-grandchildren Taylor, Trey, Owen and Elizabeth, her brother, Russell A. Larson, and nieces and nephews.

Christine was born in Worcester, daughter of Albert and Olive E. (Hedlund) Larson and was a graduate of Commerce High School. She spent many years singing in the choir at the First Congregational Church in Millbury and served as the President of the church women’s group. Christine was also a Worthy Matron in the Order of Eastern Star.

Christine loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whether it was summers on Singletary Lake in Millbury and Pleasant Bay in Harwich or winters sledding in the backyard. The afternoons were reserved for tea time and card games. The tea time tradition continued to her very last days as she was joined regularly by her loving family.

All services for Christine will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association
