Subscription Update Obituary

OAKHAM- Ann (Powers) Hardiman,84, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 10,2021.

She leaves behind her Loving husband of 59 years, John M Hardiman of Oakham, who also referred to Ann, as his Precious One. Her children, Michael J Hardiman and Jeanne Cocci of Dedham, Joseph H Hardiman and his wife Kim of Marlborough, Timothy P Hardiman and his wife Anne of Franklin, Marguerite Tavares, and her husband Mark of Taunton. Along with many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her beloved cat Snowy.

Ann was born and raised in Waltham, after living in Auburndale for many years before moving to Oakham, where she found happiness in her retirement.  She worked for many years in assembly and manufacturing, later managing the little country store located at Lake Dean Campground.

Ann enjoyed her many trips to Florida with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren. She also leaves behind a legacy of being a practical joker.

Her request for no calling hours or funeral service are being honored. A private burial for the family will be held in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Arrangements are under the care of Pillsbury Funeral Home 44 Gilbert St. North Brookfield.
