Cremation Scheduling Procedures
Normal Scheduling Hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. ~ 2:30 p.m. completion
Saturday Additional Fee 8:30 am ~ Noon Completion
Overtime after 2:30 M-F, After noon on Saturday
No Sunday Burials Without Consent and Double Charges
All cremation burials, direct burials, and services must
be arranged 48 hours prior to bringing them to the park.
No burials can be arranged until the completion of all necessary authorizations and forms.

Needed items at time of scheduling:
Paperwork for authorization of burial
Address information
Date of birth & date of death
Urn size
Authorized Next of Kin representative
We can not send a burial confirmation until all the above information is received and no burial may take place without confirmation paperwork.
Day of burial:
Need Next of Kin representative to stop in the office no later then 15 mins before scheduled time
Cremation certificate / Death certificate
Any applicable charges
What we provide;
Personalized service and care
Help with scheduling veterans honors
Help finding local clergy
Cremation table and greens are set up at the grave
Flowers can be purchased and set up at the grave
Tent may be purchased for additional charges (weather permitting)
First reserved use of our outdoor barn for after the service gathering
